She’s held leadership positions at some of the world’s premier ad agencies and shaped brand strategy for some of the world’s most important brands (BMW, Coca Cola, New York Times, Microsoft and Brand USA).
Fueled by her passion for more deeply understanding the consumer decision-making process, Megan has spent over a decade immersed in the science of the mind. By combining her real world experience with a distillation of the latest findings in science, Megan has developed a revolutionary new branding model called Brain Friendly Branding®.
She has identified 7 easily deployable “Brain Friendly” behaviors that brands can implement, starting today, to powerfully connect with deep seated human instincts, and begin building neural pathways to YES for their brand.
In 2014, Megan founded MKBG with the purpose of helping brands reach their greatest potential by learning to work in sync with the brain’s innate operating system.

Megan shares her proprietary brand building approach as a speaker at local, national, and global conferences. She has also been a regular guest lecturer at the University of Virginia’s Darden Business School and New York University.
Among friends, Megan is known for her infectious laughter and for always knowing how to boost the fun quotient. She’s the proud mother of two grown children. They are all happy to call New York City their home.
